Brief
We were asked to create and manage a range of digital content for live display on the 1916 Centenary Parade route in Dublin.
Approach
We worked closely with the Defence Forces, the Office of Public Works and the Department of An Taoiseach to design video sequences that would capture the key historic people, groups and events that make up the history of the State during the 1916 Rising.
Result
Across all content we used a combination of live video, motion graphics, voiceover and music for use on the world’s largest LED screens and hoardings located along the parade route through Dublin City. We produced a series of video vignettes showcasing the Air Corp, Army Band and Army Mounted Unit depicting them both respectfully and accurately.
