Brief

After we ran a single screen pilot project in Boylan’s Restaurant on the Ulysses, sale of the food items featured on the promotional screen were up 36%.

This secured the roll-out of a fleet-wide, multi-screen digital signage solution for menu boards, duty-free marketing, passenger information, and wayfinding, displayed from Club Class to cafes, bistros, and cinemas. Irish Ferries had to be able to manage and update content instantaneously.

Approach

For these ship-wide passenger communications we created multiple branded and sub-branded screen layouts and graphics packages, to inform passengers, promote duty free and provide digital menu boards in all food and beverage outlets.

Result

As part of our ongoing support to Irish Ferries since 2011, we provide a managed service for marketing, communications, and software maintenance on the Onelan and Bazeport systems.
